Assembly

The Assembly capabilities at NASS are flexible to our customer's exacting requirements. Hydraulic Seal Kits, Hose and Fittings, Plastic, Metal or Rubber components are just a few of the items frequently requested to be assembled. Components supplied by the customer or components provided by NASS can be combined to meet your needs.

Design/Prototyping

Both Design and Prototyping services are offered to help get your concept to the market place. Often a project needs an outside influence to help get past concept and into prototype. Our staff can help you accomplish this important step with your product.

Pressure Testing

We provide in-house low and high pressure testing services. These procedures are often requested by customers who order hose assemblies from NASS. Whether a customer's need is Hydraulic or Pneumatic, Thermoplastic or PTFE hose assemblies we are able to test and certify. We also offer testing services for customer provided assemblies.

100% Inspection/AQL

NASS can provide Inspection procedures and Certify to Inspection results as needed. These procedures can be designed to your exacting needs.

Color Coding / Marking

NASS offers color coding services whether it is for O ring Seals, Die Cut Gaskets or any other item you wish to have marked. We can combine this service along with the particular packaging you may need.

Packaging

Whether your parts are headed to a retail/wholesale market or a shelf location in an industrial stocking location we can package and identify accordingly. Labeling with UPC codes or pre-printed packaging are also services offered by NASS.

Die Cutting

NASS offers in-house die cutting capabilities. We die cut most non-metallic materials such as rubber, plastic, felt, graphite and other various gasket sheet materials. Prototype and small volume projects are welcome.

Kits

Unique part kits can be supplied using any of the various procedures NASS offers. Our wide range of services, from Die Cut Gaskets, Hydraulic Packing, Seals to Fabricated Rubber, Plastic and Metal parts allow this offering to be quite useful with "Single Source" solution capabilities in mind.
